Please be courteous and provide 48-hour notice for all canceled appointments. This helps ensure that we can meet the needs of all our patients who are waiting to get an appointment. There will be a $100 cancellation fee for no-shows or less than 48-hour cancellations.

Initial Consultations $400 with no insurance, $200 with insurance for covering the service Dr. Li provides which is not covered by insurance(new pt information review, details history taking, any lab reviewed in detail, review diet and lifestyle options, nutrition review, etc)
Follow-up visit or phone consultation with no insurance
30 min. consult $150
45 min. consult $200
60 min. consult $250
What To Bring To Your First Visit?
Here is a list of what you should bring to your initial visit:
Completed Integrative Health History
A list of all medications and supplements that you are currently taking (please bring all bottles with you if possible)
Bring any recent labs or imaging that you have done in the past 2-3 years
Feel free to bring a friend or a family member with you if you would find that helpful.
Billing/Payments
Dr. Li does bill insurance for office visits. But responsible payment is expected at the time of service.
Cellphones
Out of courtesy to others, please turn off your cell phone when in the office.
